My mother gave me some old cameras for Christmas to “put on a shelf for decoration.” One of them was a Yashica Electro 35. I have a soft spot for rangefinders so I took it to my repair guy and he got it going again. Here’s the first shots on the test roll.
Le Deuxieme Souffle is also my third favorite Melville flick. It was also his last black-and-white movie.
